Part 2: Applying the SFDP to Contracted and Referred Services and Establishing Discounted Cost-Sharing, Waivers, and Reductions

August 22, 2023

This webinar is part 2 of 3 in "The Sliding Fee Discount Program: Updates and Developments" webinar series. To purchase the full series, click here.

One of the key areas of non-compliance with HRSA requirements is the application of the Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) to health center arrangements that provide patients with access to in-scope services through contractual and referral agreements. Part 2 of this webinar series will focus on such arrangements, including a discussion of SFDP provisions for the related written agreements that have passed HRSA muster. This session will also address the application and extent of discounts to the out-of-pocket expenses of insured patients as well as additional waiver and reduction processes beyond the SFDP.

The on-demand version of this webinar series will be available for purchase one week after the conclusion of the live webinar series.
