Live, 3 Day Federal Grants Management Training

A three-day overview of the federal grants system, covering everything from the legal underpinnings of the system, through cost allowability and allocation, to procurement, subaward requirements, property management, audit resolution, and more.

This federal grants training is led by attorneys from the firm's Federal Grants practice group, who leverage their backgrounds and experience in areas of law critical to federal programs to convey both clear explanations of legal requirements and practical assessments of risk areas and best practices. In our three days together, our instructors provide in-depth information, building from an overview of the system and of each key compliance area, to discussion of fundamental regulatory language, to analysis of compliance measures and best practices in light of common federal awarding agency practices.

Our goal, whether you are new to federal awards and in need of a thorough overview or an experienced grants manager looking for a next-level understanding of the grants system, is that you leave with more knowledge than you came and that the knowledge be actionable. At this highly interactive and at times humorous training event, you'll have plenty of opportunities for discussion with our faculty and should leave with no question unanswered.
