(Recorded Webinar) The 340B Program: Moving on From 2020 and Facing the Challenges Ahead

This course is closed to new enrollments.

Duration: 90 minutes
Recorded on: 02/1/2021

2020 was a tumultuous year for everyone, but the 340B program faced unprecedented threats that continue to drag into 2021.  Fortunately, the covered entities that rely on the federal drug discount program are fighting back through a combination of litigation, administrative appeals, and new faces in the federal government.

During this webinar, presenters will share up-to-the-minute updates on drug manufacturer actions to restrict 340B drug sales to contract pharmacies and covered entity legal efforts to push back, the currently stalled implementation of insulin and epinephrine standards, and recent trends in Medicaid reimbursement for outpatient drugs, including a hefty dose of optimism.
