The Office of Head Start has always been concerned with the fiscal management of Head Start organizations. With the release of the Head Start Performance Standards (HSPPS) and the Uniform Guidance, fiscal management is more important than ever: the HSPPS require strong and effective fiscal management as well as a structure to ensure proper oversight of all program areas. This webinar will cover some of the most complicated costs that have perplexed Head Start programs over the years.
