How Do I Find the Webinar I Want?

There are several ways to search our site and find the right training to fit your needs.

  • Browse by date: all of our live trainings appear on the Upcoming Events Calendar. If you know when your training is scheduled or are looking for trainings at a certain time of year, navigate to the appropriate month, review the dates and titles, and click on any course.
  • Browse by training topic: some of our trainings have a narrow focus and apply only to a specific grant program while others may be useful for many different types of organizations. If you’re interested in a particular category of trainings, you can browse all our related offerings on that training topic page.

How Do I Participate in a Live Webinar?

At the scheduled date and time, click on the zoom link provided in your confirmation and reminder emails. The zoom link can also be found in the course page. To find the zoom link: 

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘My Training’ 
  • Select the training from your activities list (you may have to toggle between your ‘Completed’ and ‘Pending’ activities to find the training)
  • Click ‘Take Course’
  • Click ‘Start Course’
  • Open the ‘Live Webinar Link’ tab in the ‘Course Progress’ bar on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click ‘Review’
  • Click on the zoom link

What if I’m Busy the Day of the Webinar?

Our webinars are available in live and recorded formats. All registrants for the live webinar receive complimentary access to the recording, which is typically available within five to seven business days after the live event. Once available, an email will be sent to you with instructions to access the recording.

What Are the Terms and Conditions for Participating in a Webinar?

  • Registrant(s) shall not charge any person a fee in order to watch the webinar.
  • Registrant(s) viewing the broadcast or recording shall not make an audio and/or video recording of any portion of the webinar.
  • Registrant(s) cannot rebroadcast and/or retransmit any portion of the webinar. 
  • Registrant(s) shall not post the course materials, webinar audio or visual on any public-facing website or portal or otherwise share our work product (e.g., through email).
  • Registrant(s) shall not distribute the course materials to any persons outside the registrant's organization.

How Many People Can Participate in a Webinar?

A registration fee for a webinar entitles you to webinar access by one attendee. For group rates, contact us

How Do I View a Recorded Webinar?

Once you have purchased or have been enrolled in the recording:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘My Training’ 
  • Select the training from your activities list (you may have to toggle between your ‘Completed’ and ‘Pending’ activities to find the training)
  • Click ‘Take Course’
  • Click ‘Start Course’

Do I Have to Complete a Recorded Webinar in One Sitting?

You can review the webinar and course material at your own speed any time before the course expiration date. However, if you are in the middle of a webinar and hit pause, then log out, our system will not save your exact location in the recorded video.

To resume a partially completed course:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘My Training’ 
  • Select the training from your activities list (you may have to toggle between your ‘Completed’ and ‘Pending’ activities to find the training)
  • Click ‘Take Course’
  • Click ‘Resume Course’

Is There a Limit to How Many Times I Watch a Recorded Webinar?

When you purchase the recorded version of a webinar, you are purchasing access to it for a set period of time, but you can watch it as many times as you like. Our webinars provide you with 90 days of access. If your access period ends and you need more time to view the webinar(s), contact us.

Is There a Group Discount?

We offer a 10% discount off each registration fee for groups of three or more. If you are interested in registering a significantly larger group or would like to discuss hosting a dedicated training for your organization, contact us about pricing. 

How Do I Register and Pay for a Group?

If you are registering three or more individuals for a training, contact us. Our system does not allow users to complete bulk purchases of the same training, so registrations must be processed one by one.
