How Do I Show That I Attended a Training?

Our Certificate of Attendance documents your participation in one of our trainings. Due to the nature of our trainings, we only issue certificates in the name of the registered account holder. If you need to transfer an order from the person who registered to the individual who will participate, please contact us

Does This Count for Continuing Education Credits?

Our Certificate of Attendance is not proof of continuing education credits, though many courses do qualify for credit.

In some cases, the Certificate of Attendance may qualify as written proof of attendance for continuing education units in a certain program. We recommend that you check with your specific licensure program in your state to verify documentation requirements.

How Do I Access My Certificate of Attendance?

After you successfully complete a course, a Certificate of Attendance will be generated for you by our system. It will be available to download and print from your Learning Center account during your course access period. To access:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘My Training’ 
  • Select the training from your activities list (you may have to toggle between your ‘Completed’ and ‘Pending’ activities to find the training)
  • Click ‘Take Course’
  • Click ‘Start Course’
  • Open the ‘Certificate’ tab in the ‘Course Progress’ bar on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click ‘Review’
  • Click the ‘Claim Credit’ button to add the number of credit hours 
  • Click ‘Submit’ to download your Certificate

Can I Print Another Certificate of Attendance?

Certificates must be generated and downloaded during your course access period. All of your generated certificates from our events are stored in your account and can be accessed and printed anytime, as many times as you wish, at no cost.

For easy reference, a transcript of your entire course history is maintained in your Learning Center account.

Can I Document Attendance for a Group?

A registration fee entitles you to access by one attendee. Contact us for group registration rates. 

Can I Add Credits From Other Organizations?

We cannot verify credits or certificates from other organizations, but you can add those credits to your Learning Center account to maintain a complete transcript for your records.

To do this, log in to your account and click on the ‘My Training’ tab. Under the ‘My Activities’ tab, select ‘External Credits’ and click ‘Add Credits’. Next, enter the course name, date completed, credit type, and credit hours earned; you may also upload a copy of any related certificates.
