How Do I Set up an Account?
To create an account:
- Click ‘Register’ in the top right hand corner of this page
- Fill in the required information (name, organization, email, phone number, etc.)
- Click ‘Create new account’
Why Isn't My Password Working?
Your password cannot contain your username or parts of your full name (e.g., your first name). In addition, our system requires that your password include the following:
- At least one uppercase character
- At least 7 characters in length
- Must not contain the username
- Contain at least one digit
How Do I Log In?
Navigate to https://training.feldesman.com/, then click ‘Log In’ at the top right corner of the page, and enter your username and password.
How Do I Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password?
If you forget your username, please contact us and we can provide it to you. For security purposes, our system does not allow us to see your password. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. Contact us if you need further assistance.
Sometimes password reset emails can get caught in spam filters or other email blocking programs. Please be sure that messages from training@feldesman.com or from the domain feldesman.com are not blocked. You may need to ask your IT Department to specifically approve our email address and domain names for our message to be delivered to your inbox.
How Do I Change My Email Address, Phone Number, or Other Personal Information?
To edit your personal information, log in to your account, click ‘My Account’ on the top menu bar on the page, and select ‘Edit’ when your account information loads. Once you make any desired changes, hit ‘Save’ before you log out to ensure the changes are saved to our system.
