Head Start Bootcamp Part 2

January 26, 2027

Every Head Start organization faces unique challenges, but the same rules apply to everyone (and there are a lot of rules).  It can be difficult to keep everything straight between requirements under the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), state regulations, and federal regulations like the Uniform Guidance.

Now more than ever, with program changes likely, this is the time to get it right.

Over two sessions, Feldesman attorneys will:

  • Explain core Head Start program requirements, including do’s and don’ts
  • Explore where the rules come from, clarify their meaning, and discuss practical compliance approaches
  • Provide the View from Washington – news from Capitol Hill and the Administration for Children and Families Office Head Start and potential changes impacting your Head Start program

Attend this training for a crash course in Head Start program management, covering the essential topics every Head Start leader needs to understand. We'll explore common day-to-day challenges and share practical examples to help you identify issues, evaluate potential solutions, and address problems before they escalate.

Topics include:
