Managing Research Grants
This webinar is part 1 of 4 in "The Compliant Campus" webinar series. To purchase the full series, click here.
The first training in our series will will address the key areas of compliance from the perspective of colleges, universities, and research institutions that receive federal funding awards. As the Office of Management and Budget has proposed broad changes to the Uniform Guidance (2 C.F.R. Part 200), research institutions must consider how they will best be able to meet grant management compliance requirements. Throughout the webinar, Feldesman Partner Mindy Pava will cover:
- Special grant management obligations and flexibilities typical to research awards;
- Traditional grant management requirements that sometimes pose a compliance challenge for large institutions (such as time and effort documentation); and
- Key considerations in research grant management triggering scrutiny from current Administration officials, such as disclosure of other funding sources.
The webinar is intended to assist participants in evaluating compliance strategies, identifying key risk areas, and developing best practices across the lifecycle of a research grant.
The on-demand version of this webinar will be available for purchase one week after the conclusion of the live webinar.
