Procurement Standards Under the Uniform Guidance

October 22, 2026

This webinar is included in the Federal Grants Training Membership.

Based upon straightforward principles of competition and transparency, the federal procurement standards contain numerous specific rules and remain an important area of compliance focus for auditors and agency reviewers.  In this webinar, Feldesman partner Phillip Escoriaza will concisely address procurement considerations, building from the underlying legal principles to the key specific regulatory requirements.  Mr. Escoriaza will discuss competition requirements (including sole source justifications); regulatory options for requests for proposals, sealed bids, or simplified procedures; preferences for small and disadvantaged businesses and domestic sourcing; and key sourcing limitations applicable to federally funded procurements.

This training is designed to tie the procurement requirements together into a logical system to promote compliance as well as efficient and repeatable practices to ensure your organization obtains the goods or services it needs to meet its performance obligations under federal grants.

The on-demand version of this webinar will be available for purchase after the conclusion of the live webinar.
