(Recorded Webinar) Form 690 and other Civil Rights Certifications for Health Centers and Other Health Care Entities

Duration: 60 minutes
Recorded on: 06/11/2025

Register now to receive access to the recorded webinar on June 18, 2025. Live webinar registrants will automatically receive access to the recorded webinar.

In this webinar, two of our experienced attorneys, Ted Waters and Maddie Cleghorn, will discuss the new requirements of certifications (Form 690, PMS, NOA) for health centers and other federal health care grantees and what the substance of those assurances mean.  We will also address how federal health care grantees are subject to Title IX, what that entails, and why the current Administration is likely to make changes to implementing regulations found at 45 CFR part 92.

From a practical standpoint, the speakers will review how your operations contribute to meeting your compliance obligations, leaving you with a solid basis for meeting and making the certifications.

Please note: This webinar is offered as a complimentary product to all Health Center Compliance Training Plan subscribers. For more information on our Health Center Compliance Training plan, click here or contact us.
