With changing CDC recommendations on Covid vaccine administration, and on possible other vaccines and schedules, will your health center have FTCA protection for administering these preventive health measures?
Join Feldesman attorneys for an industry update designed for health care providers and administrators of deemed FQHCs. During the training, we will address:
- Are your patients eligible for protections of federal vaccine injury compensation programs?
- What is the impact of state vaccine related guidance, regulation or law on your FTCA coverage?
- How do scope of employment and scope of project affect your FTCA coverage of vaccine administration?
- What role does gap insurance play?
Practical guidance, legal considerations, and best practices will be highlighted, equipping your team to deliver services confidently during this uncertain period.
