Nearly one year ago, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy issued guidelines that provided for four mandatory programs elements for research security programs at large institutions. As research institutions move toward compliance, will the Trump Administration usher in any new changes?

This webinar will provide an overview of the White House OSTP implementation of National Security Presidential Memorandum-33 (which requires more detailed reporting on host of activities and touches on foreign travel and support, among other areas) and also will detail enforcement trends by discussing and learning from recent actions involving research security violations and cybersecurity breaches.  Moreover, the webinar will explore the projected enforcement and regulatory priorities of the new Trump Administration during this complex time for research institutions.
