Preparing for Your FTCA Site Visit

July 29, 2025

The FTCA Site Visit process is intended to be an objective process for HRSA to assess compliance with FTCA program requirements. This webinar will help key health center staff prepare for the FTCA site visit and demonstrate compliance with HRSA expectations.

HRSA FTCA expectations are found in the Health Center Program Compliance Manual, Chapters 5, 10 and 21.  These requirements will be reexamined with emphasis placed on the specific areas HRSA reviewers will be focused.  The webinar will provide you with the tools to prepare for, manage and respond to issues that arise in the site visit.  Questions will be encouraged.
