Monitoring Changes for FY2026

The FY2026 monitoring are schedule to begin in October 2026, though the protocols are not always released on time.  By popular demand, we will be walking through the Aligned Monitoring System 2.0 FY2026 Protocols for Focus Area 1, Focus Area 2, and any supplemental requirements. Learn what’s still the same and what’s new under the FY2026 protocols, including how you should be thinking about reviews as they relate to health and safety incidents.
