Prior Approvals: When, Why, and How
Projects don’t always go as initially planned. After the grant application has been approved, grant recipients often need to make modifications to manage ever-changing circumstances. Whether you need to adjust the budget, tweak your program design, or alter key personnel involved in performing the award, you may need to seek prior approval from your funder to make the change.
During this webinar, attorney Phillip A. Escoriaza will discuss when the prior approval requirements under the Uniform Guidance apply. Additionally, he will provide strategies for seeking prior approvals to obtain favorable and timely results.
