Concept to Practice: Federal Procurement Standards
Looking for a crash course in federal procurement? This three-hour presentation covers all aspects of the federal procurement standards, and is specifically designed to build step-by-step from core compliance obligations to practical implementation steps and tools. In this module, Feldesman attorney Scott S. Sheffler, will translate the compliance obligations established at 2 C.F.R. 200.317 through 200.327 into plain language, and from their into actionable management strategies, tasks, and tools. This presentation will cover:

- Procurement policy drafting and implementation;
- Basic procurement processes, including competition and sole sourcing rules;
- Federally funded contract drafting; and
- Advanced procurement strategies.
