(Recorded Webinar) The Changing Landscape of the 340B Program

Duration: 60 minutes
Recorded on: 4/9/2024

Register now to receive access to the recorded webinar on April 16. Live webinar registrants will automatically receive access to the recorded webinar.

For over 30 years, Section 340B of the federal Public Health Act has required drug manufacturers to offer a discounted ceiling price on outpatient prescription drugs to qualifying covered entities and has provided savings essential to reliable and sustainable funding. However, the 340B program faces ever-changing and increasing challenges from manufacturers, prescription benefit managers, and others, while at the same time certain judicial and legislative actions at the state and federal levels signal the potential for increased protections and expanded eligibility for the use of 340B drugs for patients.

This webinar will provide attendees with a digestible update on the most recent legal and legislative challenges and opportunities affecting health center participation in 340B and will provide attendees with actionable steps their covered entities can take to optimize their 340B savings in a rapidly changing landscape.
