On Tuesday, June 24, HRSA announced a new condition for Section 330 grantees adding “updated award terms requiring HRSA-funded health centers to provide insulin and injectable epinephrine to low-income patients at or below the price paid by the center through the 340B Drug Pricing Program.”  These new terms come on top of a new certification in Section 330 Notice of Awards (issued after May 1) concerning Title IX along with several subparts and the April 16 changes to the HHS Grants Policy Statement on Civil Rights Assurances.

Join this industry update with your trusted Feldesman attorneys for a discussion of the changing landscape, what health centers need to know about their federal funding obligations, and proactive steps toward compliance.
