Health centers are accelerating their adoption of innovative technologies poised to reshape care delivery—including generative and ambient AI, virtual hospitals, remote patient monitoring, advanced robotics, and the expanding Internet of Medical Things. With progress comes heightened complexity: regulatory scrutiny is intensifying across data privacy, cybersecurity, and the safe deployment of emerging tools. In this forward-looking session, attorneys from Feldesman will unpack the latest advances—from AI-powered diagnostics to intelligent workflows—through a compliance-centered lens.
We’ll examine practical implementations while spotlighting legal and ethical risks, new cybersecurity threats, and evolving privacy challenges. Attendees will get actionable guidance for integrating new technology, mitigating risks such as algorithmic bias and “mega-breaches,” and maintaining compliance with HIPAA, enhanced federal cybersecurity directives, and international data standards.
