(Recorded Webinar) Communicating with Patients: Texts, Emails, Voice Memos and More
How do your patients want to communicate with your health center? How does your health center want to communicate with patients? Whether it's texts, emails, voice memos or phone calls, or you also include social media postings and direct messages, each communication method has its benefits and compliance concerns. In this webinar, attorney Dianne Pledgie will discuss how different communication methods can impact patient relationships, patient privacy and the security of patient information. By developing a strategy to evaluate each potential communication method, your health center can mitigate the legal, regulatory, and compliance risks, while keeping patients engaged with care and connected to your health center.
