Conflict of Interest

June 26, 2024

Access the on-demand webinar here.

The Uniform Guidance requires that each "Federal awarding agency ... establish conflict of interest policies for Federal awards." This broad requirement extends well beyond the traditional conflict of interest requirements found in the procurement section (2 CFR § 200.318(c)/ 45 C.F.R. §75.318(c)). In this webinar, we will use a case study method to help Head Start grantees deepen their knowledge in this critical area and provide practical guidance on drafting and implementing compliant as well as functional Standard of Conduct / Conflict of Interest policies and practices.

Please note: This webinar is offered as a complimentary product to all Head Start Training Package holders. For more information on our Head Start Training Package, click here or contact us.
