Governance Basics

March 26, 2025

While the governing body is responsible for the legal and fiscal matters of a Head Start agency, the policy council is legally charged with responsibility for the direction of the Head Start program.  In this webinar we unpack these critical oversight compliance responsibilities in terms of respective authorities, best practices and appropriate decision-making strategies.
