Forward(Recorded Webinar) Changes to the Uniform Guidance
On September 22, 2023 the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued proposed revisions to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). We previously wrote about noteworthy items in the proposed rule here. OMB will release the changes to the Uniform Guidance on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
This is expected to be a substantive revision to the Uniform Guidance, and Feldesman attorneys will conduct a thorough examination of the changes and will release a more substantive review on our Federal Grants site soon.
On this webinar, we will share our observations on the key revisions, highlight particularly impactful changes, and discuss the likely implications for grantees.

Where the registration fee for the new webinar is higher, you must also pay the difference between the original course and the new course registration fee at the time of transfer.
