(Recorded Webinar) Maximizing 340B for Health Centers and Grantees
Register now to receive access to the recorded webinar on Thursday, October 16, 2026. Live webinar registrants will automatically receive access to the recorded webinar.
Participation in the federal 340B drug discount can provide essential savings and mission support to community health centers and other eligible federal grantees. However, successful participation requires careful planning, strategic decision-making, and ongoing oversight. This one-hour webinar will help organizations evaluate how best to maximize the benefits of 340B participation based on their goals, patient population, pharmacy models, staffing capacity, vendor relationships, and ability to maintain meaningful oversight, as well as whether it is in the organization’s interests to expand or reduce 340B participation.
The presenters will discuss key questions organizations should consider when evaluating 340B participation, both before establishing a program and throughout ongoing operations. They will provide an overview of the compliance issues that most commonly drive organizational risk, including patient eligibility, diversion, duplicate discounts, contract pharmacy arrangements, documentation requirements, and audit readiness. The training will also help attendees develop a practical decision-making framework that can be tailored to their organizations' unique needs, enabling them not only to understand the fundamentals of the 340B program but also to assess and implement operational strategies that best support their organizational goals and compliance obligations.
