    Frequently Asked Questions

    Who in my organization can use the membership? 

    Employees withing your organization can attend included trainings at no additional cost.  If you are a membership organization, you are not permitted to share the codes with members, member organizations, affiliates, or others outside your company. 

    How do I share membership benefits with my team?

    The main contact (the person registered for the membership) will receive promo codes to share with colleagues in your organization. Each person registering for a webinar or other training must have their own account and will apply the code during the checkout process.

    Please note, the membership must be paid in full before the codes will be distributed.

    What is the approval process?

    We only allow federal grantees to purchase this membership. As a result, we must review and approve all orders to verify eligibility. We review and approve orders as quickly as possible, but there are occasional delays; please allow 3 business days for approval. 

    When does the membership expire?

    This subscription is for the 2027 calendar year. By purchasing this membership, your organization will have access to the Federal Grant Management Membership materials January 4, 2027 - December 31, 2027. Any updates or additions Feldesman makes to these resources are available to you at no extra charge.

    What payment types do you accept?

    Is there a refund policy if I don't attend the webinars?

    Due to the nature of the services provided in our products, no refunds will be issued for our annual memberships, subscriptions, toolkits, and other products, including Federal Grants Training Membership, 

    The person who held the membership left my organization.  How do I access and share the member benefits?

    Please email us to transfer the membership to another person within your organization.

    Approval Process

    Refunds

    Due to the nature of the services provided in our products, no refunds will be issued for our annual memberships, subscriptions, toolkits, and other products, including but not limited to: the Health Center 360 Training Subscription, the Federal Grants Training Membership, the Head Start Training Package, all Toolkits listed here, and other offerings listed under our Products menu. However, Feldesman can transfer the registration to a different account within your organization.
