(Recorded Webinar) Patients Filming in the Health Center
Duration: 60 minutes
Recorded On: 2/14/2019
With the prevalence of cell phones, more patients are recording their experience in the health center – from interactions at the reception desk and in the waiting room to the exam room. Patients are recording for a variety of reasons – to ensure they understand their provider’s instructions, to capture important life moments, and to document their interactions with staff. Health center staff members have a variety of responses when patients record in the health center – from understanding and encouragement to raising concerns about patient confidentiality and malpractice.
