(Recorded Webinar) New 340B Manufacturer Lawsuits: What They Mean for Health Centers
Register now to receive access to the recorded webinar on December 27, 2024. Live webinar registrants will automatically receive access to the recorded webinar.
Federal litigation regarding the federal 340B drug discount statute continues to escalate at the close of 2024. This month, four drug manufacturers sued the federal government seeking the right to unilaterally implement rebate models for 340B, with potentially dramatic consequences for health centers and others participating in 340B. Other lawsuits challenging manufacturers’ 340B contract pharmacy restrictions and state laws protecting 340B contract pharmacy rights continue in the courts, while other legal challenges loom.
This webinar provides updates and insights into these various legal cases and the stakes each pose to health centers and their missions. Participants will gain greater understanding of the legal issues that the cases present, the practical effects that health centers can anticipate, and what steps health centers can take to present their interests to the courts deciding these cases.
