Two of the most critical obligations of grantees under the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) are: (1) the requirements to maintain financial management systems meeting certain standards set forth at 2 CFR § 200.302 and (2) internal controls meeting the standards set forth at 2 CFR § 200.303.  The regulatory language is, however, somewhat vague, leaving more specific implementing standards to other available government-wide guidance and common grantee practice.   

In this webinar, Feldesman attorney Scott S. Sheffler will discuss practical application of these standards and useful guidance beyond the Uniform Guidance itself.
