This webinar is part 3 of 3 in the From Part 75 to Part 200: How, What, and When webinar series. To purchase the full series, click here.

In this final webinar, we will explore Phase 3 of migrating to Part 200, focusing on changes to the cost principles (subpart E) and audit requirements (subpart F) for HHS grantees.  We will discuss changes to the de minimis rate, the definition of modified total direct costs and a number of provisions intended to strengthen the effectiveness and applicability of negotiated indirect cost rate agreements as well as important changes to the recognition of provisional rates in closeout.  As in our other webinars we will discuss changes to the HHS Grants Policy Statement and, in particular, the elimination of specific thresholds on minor A&R and other “tweaks” that may help or hurt your agency.  For audits, we will discuss changes to the audit requirements in Subpart F including clarification of audits of for profit entities (including HHS specific provisions found in 2 CFR Part 300!).  Finally, we will discuss what OMB did not change but promised to consider in future updates to Part 200.
