The Compliant Campus: Guideposts for Colleges, Universities and Research Institutions
Colleges, universities and research institutions have experienced widespread changes to their anticipated federal funding—and to the terms and conditions associated with their projected awards—since the start of the second Trump Administration in January 2025. New regulations, shifting compliance requirements, and evolving interpretations of settled law have prompted a true inflection point at institutions of higher education—causing sweeping assessments of programs, policies and procedures. Similar in-depth reviews will remain necessary as requirements continue to transform.
During each 75-minute session included in this quarterly training opportunity, Feldesman Partner Mindy B. Pava will provide detailed guidance and offer best practices so that institutions of higher education can remain “compliant” with new government priorities, while also staying informed of pertinent legal and regulatory developments. Ms. Pava will focus on how institutions can mitigate risk and avoid being the target of agency enforcement actions or Department of Justice investigations.
Each webinar will center on a specific topic area pertinent to institutes of higher education.
