On-Demand Training Library
Your organization will have full access to our Head Start Webinar Library, which includes on-demand recordings from the 2027 training package as well as webinars from previous years. This flexible resource allows staff to revisit key topics anytime, supporting continuous learning across your entire team. A list of webinars available to you can be found on the Head Start page.
Value: Unlimited! Staff can take the webinars as many times as they like over the course of 2027.
Federal Grant Management Toolkit
Designed to help guide both new and experienced grantees through the rules of the federal grant system, this toolkit includes detailed narrative discussions of important grant management requirements, customizable sample policies and procedures, and ready-to-use checklists. The toolkit is updated with new rules and regulations, and Members receive any updates or changes we make during the year, free of charge. See the full Table of Contents.

ERSEA Series
Dive deep into Head Start’s Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance requirements. This series addresses complex compliance questions and is available at a discount for Training Package holders.
Federal Funding Academy
You and your colleagues are eligible for discounted registration for our flagship federal grant management training event, the Federal Funding Academy. There is no limit to the number of registrations you may use the discount for, but registrations are per individual, not per organization, and cannot be stacked.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who in my organization can use the training package?
Employees within your organization can attend included trainings at no additional cost. You are not permitted to share the codes with consultants, affiliates, or others outside your company.
How do I share subscription benefits with my team?
The main contact (the person registered for the training package) will receive promo codes to share with colleagues in your organization. Each person registering for a webinar or other training must have their own account and apply the code during the checkout process.
Please note, the membership must be paid in full before the codes will be distributed.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept credit card, e-check, checks, and purchase orders. If you wish to pay by check or purchase order, we will only grant access to your membership once we receive payment. Please visit our FAQ page for our full Payment Policy.
Is there a refund policy if we don't attend the webinars?
Due to the nature of the services provided in our products, no refunds will be issued for our annual memberships, subscriptions, toolkits, and other products, including Head Start Training Package.
The person who held the membership left my organization. How do I access and share the member benefits?
Please email us to transfer the package to another person within your organization.
Approval Process
We only allow Head Start organizations to purchase this subscription. As a result, we must review and approve all orders to verify eligibility. We review and approve orders as quickly as possible, but there are occasional delays; please allow 3-5 business days for approval. If you are not a Head Start organization, but are interested in purchasing a subscription, please Contact Us.
Access Period
This subscription is for the 2027 calendar year. By purchasing this subscription, your organization will have access to the Head Start Training Package materials from January 2, 2026, or date of payment, whichever is later, through December 31, 2026. Any updates or additions Feldesman makes to these resources are available to you at no extra charge.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided in our products, no refunds will be issued for our annual memberships, subscriptions, toolkits, and other products, including but not limited to: the Head Start Training Package, the Health Center 360 subscription, the Federal Grants Training Membership, all Toolkits listed here, and other offerings listed under our Products menu. However, Feldesman can transfer the registration to a different account within your organization.
